We decided to do a look based off of Valek from John Carpenter's vampires. Naturally, when doing white face makeup, you should get the ears as well as the neck. I didn't have enough time to do the neck and ears. So this is what I did in a short time period. Enjoy!

Steps:
I applied Ben Nye Skeleton White all over the face (always include the neck and ears). After the Skeleton white, I used a large powder brush from Sigma to set the makeup with Bloody Mary eyeshadow in White Heat. This made the skin more matte, and it also made it slightly whiter. I applied a bit of the eyeshadow to the lips as well as the white cream makeup to make the lips look pale and cracked even though Valek's lips seemed perfectly normal in that picture. I wanted to add something different.
After the white I moved on to the eyeshadow. I used a red color from the Coastal Scents 88 Matte Pallette and applied it with a light hand around the eyes to give it that dead effect. I was going to fill in the brows, but as you can tell at the end of the video there was a honking of a horn. Didn't have enough time!
These were the steps created. It can be a Halloween look, or, if you're like us, you can always just go out like that. You'll get stared at, but it's fine!
